MINING ENGINEER

The senior General Manager of plants and quarries is Engr Ayinde Babatunde Kazeem. Engr Kazeem is a chartered Engineer and a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE). With over 24 years of experience in gold and gemstone mining, he has displayed exceptional performance in quarrying management. He holds a first-class division master's degree in mining engineering and is notable for being the first black mining engineer to establish the first Dangote cement factory mines in Obajana.

Engr Kazeem has also received numerous accolades for his work, including two NSE presidential awards and a state award. He is a member of esteemed professional associations such as the Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG), Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists Society (NMGS), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers (MSME).

In his role as SGM, Engr Kazeem has successfully established and oversees ENL Quarries, Equipment maintenance and involves in managing gold exploration and exploitation activities. He is responsible for the installation and operation of plants involved in crushing, asphalt production, and earthmoving. Additionally, he plays a significant role in construction projects.
